Job Description

  • Drive the growth and productivity of the agency channel by executing targeted recruitment and development strategies in Bali/Medan.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with agency partners to maximize engagement, retention, and business performance.
  • Explore new market opportunities and analyze industry trends to identify areas for business expansion.
  • Support agency partners through training, mentoring, and business planning to achieve sales and recruitment targets.
  • Monitor agency performance metrics and provide insights to optimize productivity and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions and enhance agency support.
  • Lead promotional activities, roadshows, and networking events to expand the agency footprint and attract quality recruits.
  • Uphold compliance standards and ensure all business activities are conducted according to regulatory and company guidelines.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in insurance sales, agency development, business development, or distribution management.
  • Proven track record in agency recruitment and sales achievement.
  • Experience in life insurance industry is preferred
  • Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen.
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and develop agency partners.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.
