Our client, a leading consumer goods manufacturing company, is seeking a Head of Cybersecurity & IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to pioneer and build the organization's cybersecurity function from the ground up. This is a strategic leadership role and the first hire in the cybersecurity domain, offering a unique opportunity to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for information security across a complex, global manufacturing environment.
The IT Manager will lead strategic and operational IT initiatives covering infrastructure modernization, network enhancement, cybersecurity improvements, and digital workplace transformation.
As the Chief Digital Transformation Officer, you will define and execute the company's enterprise technology strategy while ensuring secure, scalable, and highly available technology operations.
Reporting into senior leadership, the General Manager IT holds end-to-end accountability for the company's technology function. The mandate covers corporate systems and remote-site technology alike: setting the IT roadmap, running enterprise applications and infrastructure, hardening the cyber posture, and pushing the digitalisation agenda into mining operations themselves.
The Senior IT Manager will serve as the technology leader responsible for driving the organization's ERP transformation program while overseeing overall IT operations. This role will lead ERP selection, implementation, business process re-engineering, system integration, change management, and post-implementation optimization.
As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will operate as a "mini CEO", taking full ownership of commercial performance, business growth, strategic planning, and market expansion. You will be empowered to shape the company's go-to-market strategy, build high-performing sales teams, strengthen strategic partnerships, and drive sustainable revenue growth while increasing market share across key industries.
