Our client, a leading consumer goods manufacturing company, is seeking a Head of Cybersecurity & IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to pioneer and build the organization's cybersecurity function from the ground up. This is a strategic leadership role and the first hire in the cybersecurity domain, offering a unique opportunity to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for information security across a complex, global manufacturing environment.
As Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for defining the engineering strategy, architecture, operational excellence, and organizational design needed to support a rapidly expanding multi-asset investment platform.
This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology deployment, customer success, and operational transformation. You will work directly with enterprise executives and operational leaders to identify high-value AI use cases, define success metrics, oversee deployment programs, and ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable business impact.
As an Engineering Manager, you will lead engineering teams responsible for developing secure, scalable, and highly available platforms that support the company's growing investment ecosystem. You will partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, Architects, Security, and Executive Leadership to drive product innovation while maintaining world-class engineering standards.
The successful candidate will drive process improvement initiatives, translate business requirements into system solutions, and oversee ERP enhancements across inventory management, warehouse operations, material inspection processes, procurement workflows, and invoicing functions. The consultant will play a key role in maximizing ERP adoption, increasing operational efficiency, and aligning technology capabilities with business objectives.
The Head of Information Technology is the Group's senior technology delivery leader - owning the execution of the transformation agenda by building and leading the engineering organization, architecting group-wide enterprise systems, and, critically, leading the design and ground-up development of the company's proprietary in-house ERP platform.
