Our client, a leading consumer goods manufacturing company, is seeking a Head of Cybersecurity & IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to pioneer and build the organization's cybersecurity function from the ground up. This is a strategic leadership role and the first hire in the cybersecurity domain, offering a unique opportunity to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for information security across a complex, global manufacturing environment.
The IT Manager will lead strategic and operational IT initiatives covering infrastructure modernization, network enhancement, cybersecurity improvements, and digital workplace transformation.
A key focus of this role is driving the successful deployment, integration, and adoption of Intapp DealCloud or comparable investment management platforms across the investment lifecycle. The successful candidate will partner closely with investment professionals, operations teams, technology stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure the platform delivers measurable business value.
You will be responsible for nurturing and growing strategic relationships with BFSI customers while identifying new opportunities to expand the client's footprint within assigned accounts. Working closely with solution architects, delivery teams, and business leaders, you will help customers achieve their digital transformation goals while driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
As Data Center Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization's data center facilities, ensuring high availability, reliability, and efficiency of IT infrastructure and critical systems. This role manages data center operations teams, coordinates maintenance activities, ensures compliance with operational standards, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
The Head of Technology is responsible for defining, developing, and executing the company's technology strategy, with primary accountability for growing the Interconnection business portfolio, including Cross Connect, Internet Exchange (IX), Carrier Connectivity, Cloud Connectivity, and related ecosystem services. The position bridges technology, sales, product, operations, and customers to create a robust connectivity ecosystem.
