This leadership role oversees critical infrastructure performance, operational excellence, customer delivery, and cross-functional collaboration within an international organization.
Reporting to the executive leadership team, this role will lead the company's ESG and sustainability agenda across a complex, large-scale operation. The successful candidate will shape long-term strategy, strengthen stakeholder confidence, oversee sustainability performance, and ensure the business remains well positioned amid evolving regulatory, market, and ESG expectations.
As Data Center Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization's data center facilities, ensuring high availability, reliability, and efficiency of IT infrastructure and critical systems. This role manages data center operations teams, coordinates maintenance activities, ensures compliance with operational standards, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations, including inventory planning, procurement, logistics, importation, and customer order fulfillment to ensure product availability and service excellence. The position also drives supply chain performance, regulatory compliance, supplier coordination, and continuous process improvement to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Lead strategic procurement for facilities management and CAPEX projects, ensuring the timely acquisition of long lead‑time equipment and cost‑effective delivery of critical infrastructure.
Lead Indirect and Services procurement across Southeast Asia while driving selected category initiatives and value creation opportunities across the Asia Pacific region. This role combines strategic sourcing, supplier management, stakeholder engagement, and regional leadership to optimize cost, service, performance, and supply chain resilience.
