Job Description

  • Conduct comprehensive portfolio reviews and classify companies based on exit readiness
  • Develop and maintain relationships with strategic buyers, investors, and financial institutions
  • Lead end-to-end sell-side processes including preparation of materials, buyer outreach, and negotiations
  • Structure and execute various liquidity strategies such as secondaries, recapitalisations, and partial exits
  • Partner with founders to prepare for transactions and align on valuation and timing strategies
  • Coordinate with co-investors and stakeholders on cap table alignment and execution
  • Support senior management in investor communications and portfolio realization strategies

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-10 years of experience in deal-driven environments (M&A, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or consulting)
  • Proven track record in executing transactions from origination to completion
  • Strong understanding of valuation, deal structuring, and financial modeling
  • Ability to independently manage processes and engage multiple stakeholders
  • Established network with investors, buyers, or strategic partners
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence founders and stakeholders
