About Our Client

Our client is a well-established and fast-growing Retail Food & Beverage group with a strong footprint. Known for its customer-centric brands and operational excellence, the organisation is now looking to appoint a Vice President of Operations to drive performance, scalability, and operational transformation across its store network.

Job Description

  • Leading and optimising daily operations across a large multi-site retail F&B network
  • Developing and executing operational strategies to support business growth and expansion
  • Driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and profitability across all brands and formats
  • Establishing and monitoring KPIs related to sales performance, service quality, food safety, and compliance
  • Ensuring standardisation of operating procedures while allowing flexibility for local market needs
  • Managing and developing senior operational leaders (Area Managers, Regional Managers, Operations Directors)
  • Collaborating closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Product teams
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives, including digitalisation, process optimisation, and productivity enhancement
  • Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, halal, and regulatory requirements

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive senior leadership experience within Retail F&B, QSR, or multi-outlet hospitality environments
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale store operations and geographically dispersed teams
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to drive P&L performance
  • Experience in rapid expansion, turnaround, or operational transformation projects is highly preferred
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
