This role plays a critical part in identifying project opportunities, managing bid preparation, coordinating internal stakeholders, and ensuring commercially competitive and compliant submissions.

About Our Client

We are currently representing one of our General Contractor client who is looking to expand their team.

Job Description

  • Manage the complete tender process, from opportunity assessment and pre-qualification submissions through bid preparation and final proposal submission
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, government agencies, state-owned enterprises (SOEs), and private-sector clients
  • Identify and evaluate upcoming project opportunities within the construction market
  • Review tender documents, technical specifications, contractual terms, and commercial requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness
  • Prepare and review commercial proposals, cost analyses, and pricing structures to maximize project profitability
  • Support contract negotiations with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and business partners
  • Coordinate closely with Engineering, Estimation, Procurement, Finance, and Project Management teams to prepare high-quality tender submissions
  • Ensure all submissions are completed accurately and delivered within established deadlines
  • Maintain records of tender activities, submissions, contract documentation, and market intelligence

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience within the construction, EPC, or general contracting industry
  • Proven experience managing large-scale construction tenders and commercial bidding activities
  • Strong knowledge of construction project delivery, tendering procedures, cost estimation, and procurement practices
  • Good understanding of contract administration and commercial management
  • Familiarity with government procurement processes and construction market practices in Indonesia
  • Fluency in Simplified Mandarin (Chinese) and English
