About Our Client

Our client is a well-established multinational organization with a strong presence across Southeast Asia. To support continued growth and operational excellence, the company is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations.

Job Description

Reporting directly to senior management, the Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies that support business growth, optimize costs, and ensure operational efficiency across the region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain, logistics, and warehouse operations across.
  • Oversee procurement, inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution functions.
  • Develop supply chain strategies to improve service levels, operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage demand planning, forecasting, and fulfillment activities to align with business requirements.
  • Direct inventory movement, storage, and processing activities to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize obsolescence.
  • Ensure on-time delivery performance and provide regular operational updates to management.
  • Own import quota planning, customs compliance, and Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classification oversight.
  • Establish operational frameworks, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain function.
  • Monitor and control supply chain expenditures, including freight, warehousing, value-added services (VAS), duties, and distribution costs.



The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is a hands-on supply chain leader with strong experience managing regional operations within a multinational environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a multinational company.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and international trade functions.
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations, import quota management, trade compliance, and Free Trade Agreement programs.
  • Experience managing supply chain operations across multiple countries within Southeast Asia is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in cost optimization, operational excellence, and supply chain transformation initiatives.
