Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Manager who can lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations, from procurement and sourcing to inventory planning and distribution, for a multi‑brand F&B group. This role is highly strategic and requires someone who understands how to optimize purchasing decisions, supplier selection, cost efficiency, and product deployment across stores and warehouses.

About Our Client

Our client is a rapidly expanding, multi‑brand F&B group with local and international concepts under its portfolio. The group is strengthening its central Supply Chain function to support its continued growth across Indonesia.

Job Description

  • Own the group supply chain strategy: demand/supply planning, inventory policy, replenishment, and product and inventory deployment.
  • Lead procurement & sourcing for packaging, raw materials, and store consumables; develop category strategies, supplier panels, and contracting models.
  • Set up and refine distribution & logistics playbooks (inbound, inter‑warehouse, last‑mile), routing, and service‑level targets with cost KPIs.
  • Establish and optimize warehouse footprint & processes (layout, WMS usage, cycle counts, safety stock, and MOQ parameters).
  • Drive supplier performance management (QCD, OTIF, RCA/Corrective actions) and run structured negotiations and tenders.
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, and Brand teams on new store openings, trials, and seasonal campaigns; provide scenario plans and risk mitigations.
  • Build dashboards and SOPs to enhance visibility, forecasting accuracy, cost control, and decision speed.



The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10+ years in supply chain & procurement within F&B/retail chains; experience in beverage/quick‑service environments is a plus.
  • Proven strength in planning, category strategy, supplier negotiation, distribution design, and inventory management.
  • Hands‑on experience deciding deployment models (warehouse vs. direct‑to‑store) and managing packaging flows at scale.
  • Comfort with KPIs (OTIF, inventory turns, waste, logistics cost % sales) and data‑driven decision making.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to operate at group level while guiding brand/store stakeholders.
  • Proficient in English
