Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out of hospital construction projects
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and procurement activities
  • Ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved according to contractual requirements
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Act as the primary point of contact between owners, consultants, contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities
  • Coordinate with architects, medical planners, consultants, and specialist contractors
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, healthcare regulations, and hospital accreditation standards
  • Manage project budgets and cost control activities
  • Ensure successful handover including documentation, training, and operational readiness

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of construction/project management experience, with portfolio in managing hospital or healthcare projects
  • Strong understanding of hospital construction and healthcare facility requirements
  • Knowledge of MEP systems, clean rooms, infection control standards, and critical healthcare infrastructure
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Willing to be placed on site-basis in Sulawesi
