ERP Transformation Leadership

• Lead the organization's ERP strategy, selection, implementation, and optimization roadmap.
• Act as Project Sponsor and IT Lead for enterprise-wide ERP deployment.
• Partner with business leaders to map, redesign, and standardize business processes.
• Manage ERP implementation vendors, consultants, system integrators, and project teams.
• Define solution architecture, integration requirements, and implementation timelines.
• Ensure successful user adoption through change management and training initiatives.
• Oversee ERP testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration, and go-live activities.
• Establish governance frameworks, project controls, and implementation KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization following ERP deployment.

IT Leadership & Operations

• Develop and execute enterprise technology strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networking, cloud environments, and cybersecurity operations.
• Ensure high availability and performance of all business-critical systems.
• Manage enterprise applications and system integrations across business functions.
• Establish IT governance, policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Lead IT budgeting, technology investments, and vendor management.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
• Build and develop a high-performing IT organization capable of supporting future growth.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary technology advisor to senior leadership.
• Facilitate collaboration between operations, finance, procurement, HR, and technology teams.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to executive stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between ERP capabilities and business requirements.
