Job Description

As a Senior Business Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Help deliver solutions that support the company's goals and make a real impact on the business.
  2. Serve as the link between business needs and technology teams.
  3. Understand business challenges and translate them into clear, practical system requirements.
  4. Look for opportunities to improve business processes and suggest better ways of working.
  5. Create and carry out System Integration Testing (SIT) plans and test scenarios.
  6. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), provide training, and assist during implementation to ensure everything runs smoothly..
  7. Stay ahead of issues by recommending good risk‑management practices.
  8. Collaborate with project team members from different functions.
  9. Prepare and manage key project documentation, including:
  • Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and sign‑offs
  • Business Case documents
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documentation

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Business Analyst should have:

  • A strong educational background in business, technology, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in analysing and documenting business processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in custom ERP Development projects
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
