Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsMarket-leading player in aviation servicesASEAN scope of workAbout Our ClientOur client is a globally recognized aviation services organization delivering industry-leading aftermarket solutions to airlines, MROs (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul providers), lessors, business aviation operators, and aviation stakeholders worldwide.Job DescriptionBusiness Growth & Market DevelopmentDevelop and execute the ASEAN business development strategy for aviation after-sales services.Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across commercial airlines, cargo operators, MROs, leasing companies, military aviation, and business aviation sectors.Drive revenue growth through service agreements, long-term support programs, repair solutions, and maintenance contracts.Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline while achieving annual sales and profitability targets.Strategic Account ManagementEstablish and strengthen executive-level relationships with airline CEOs, fleet managers, engineering leaders, procurement teams, and MRO decision-makers.Serve as the primary commercial interface for key strategic accounts throughout the ASEAN region.Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions to secure profitable business outcomes.Market Intelligence & Competitive AnalysisMonitor aviation market trends, fleet expansion plans, maintenance demand, regulatory developments, and competitor activities.Assess emerging opportunities resulting from fleet modernization, sustainability initiatives, and digital aviation transformation.Provide market insights and business forecasts to regional and global leadership teams.Commercial LeadershipCollaborate closely with engineering, operations, technical services, customer support, and product management teams to develop customer-centric solutions.Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, tender responses, and contract negotiation activities.Support customers in identifying value-added solutions that enhance aircraft availability, operational reliability, and lifecycle cost efficiency.Partnership DevelopmentBuild strategic alliances with industry stakeholders, aviation authorities, service providers, and industry associations.Represent the organization at regional aviation conferences, trade exhibitions, and customer events.Identify opportunities for joint ventures, channel partnerships, and service expansion within ASEAN.The Successful ApplicantRequired ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, Business, or related discipline; MBA preferred.Minimum 8-15 years of commercial experience within aviation aftermarket, MRO services, aerospace services, aircraft components, engine services, or technical support solutions.Proven track record of developing and closing multi-million-dollar service contracts within the aviation industry.Strong understanding of aviation maintenance practices, aftermarket service offerings, and airline operational requirements.Demonstrated success managing regional accounts across multiple ASEAN countries.Preferred ExperienceExperience working with airlines, OEMs, MRO organizations, aerospace suppliers, or aviation service providers.Established network within ASEAN aviation markets.Knowledge of aircraft component support programs, engine maintenance, technical services, modifications, and fleet support solutions.Experience managing complex cross-border negotiations and long sales cycles.Success MeasuresThe successful candidate will be expected to:Deliver sustainable year-on-year revenue growth across ASEAN.Expand the regional customer portfolio and increase market share.Secure long-term service agreements with strategic aviation customers.Strengthen customer satisfaction, retention, and account profitability.Establish the organization as a preferred aftermarket service partner in Southeast Asia.What's on OfferWhy Join?This is an exceptional opportunity to join a market-leading aviation organization during a period of strong regional growth.
