Job Description

Strategic Business Partnership

  • Partner with Supply Chain leaders across the region.
  • Act as the primary link between business stakeholders and IT teams.
  • Align technology initiatives with business priorities.
  • Build strong relationships across manufacturing and supply chain functions.
  • Support governance, stakeholder engagement, and executive communications.



Demand & Portfolio Management

  • Manage and prioritize technology and digital initiatives.
  • Evaluate business needs and translate them into actionable projects.
  • Support business case development and investment planning.
  • Monitor project delivery, risks, and business outcomes.



Supply Chain Systems & ERP

  • Lead business engagement for SAP and Supply Chain applications.
  • Gather and validate business requirements.
  • Coordinate enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution.
  • Drive process improvements and system adoption.
  • Ensure alignment with regional and global technology roadmaps.



Service & Operations Support

  • Ensure reliable IT services supporting Supply Chain operations.
  • Coordinate major incident and business continuity responses.
  • Drive issue resolution and service improvement initiatives.
  • Support governance, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements.



Digital Transformation & Innovation

  • Identify opportunities for automation, analytics, AI, and digitalization.
  • Develop and execute the regional digital roadmap.
  • Lead process optimization and transformation initiatives.
  • Promote adoption of new technologies and ways of working.



Continuous Improvement

  • Drive operational excellence and process standardization.
  • Measure business value from technology investments.
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Business Partnering, Digital Transformation, ERP delivery, or Business Relationship Management within a multinational environment.
  • Solid understanding of Supply Chain operations, including Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics, and Distribution.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ERP or other enterprise business applications supporting supply chain functions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, communicate, and collaborate across business and technology teams.
  • Proven track record in driving digital initiatives, process improvements, project delivery, and organizational change in complex environments
