Our client, a leading multinational engineering services company, is seeking an experienced Regional Finance Manager to head their development and operations of finance Shared Services Center in Indonesia

Job Description

  • Running SSC pillars overseeing 3 countries
  • Overseeing financial operations, reporting, and forecasting processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.
  • Managing financial audits and liaising with external auditors.
  • Providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitoring cash flow and managing financial risks effectively.
  • Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment of financial strategies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or equivalent is advantageous.
  • Proven experience as Regional Finance Manager
  • Proven experience in leading SSC team
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa
