Job Description

As a QA Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 13485, FDA QSR, and applicable global regulations.
  • Manage internal and external audits, including regulatory inspections and supplier audits.
  • Oversee CAPA, non‑conformance management, risk management, and change control processes.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to address quality risks and drive improvements.
  • Ensure robust documentation control, validation, and quality records management.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the QA team.
  • Drive a strong quality culture aligned with global best practices and business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful QA Manager should have:

  • Extensive experience in Quality Assurance within medical devices or other highly regulated industries.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and global regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven experience leading audits, inspections, and cross‑functional quality initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
