Job Description

As a Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Mini LNG Plant project from development to commissioning.
  • Manage project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and operations.
  • Manage EPC contractors, consultants, and key project stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards, industry regulations, and company policies.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Support permitting, regulatory approvals, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Drive operational readiness and transition to plant operations upon project completion.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, or related discipline.
  • Proven experience managing LNG, gas processing, energy, or large-scale industrial infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of EPC project execution, project controls, and contract management.
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing project budgets, schedules, and contractor performance.
  • Familiarity with LNG plant design, construction, commissioning, and operational requirements.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Experience working within the energy, oil & gas, or industrial sectors in Indonesia is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
