This role ensures that new store openings, renovations, relocations, and facility enhancement projects are executed efficiently with high standards across the existing retail network.

We are currently representing one of our client in the retail sector in the midst of expansion.

Job Description

  • Direct and manage the full lifecycle of retail development projects, including new store openings, refurbishments, relocations, and major capital improvement initiatives
  • Ensure project execution meets approved timelines, budget targets, quality requirements, and operational objectives
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth transition from project completion to operational readiness
  • Lead the development and implementation of retail design standards, layouts, specifications, and fit-out requirements
  • Oversee maintenance operations for all retail locations, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient facilities
  • Establish preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize operational disruptions and extend asset life cycles
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams across project and facilities management team

The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project development, construction, facilities management especially in retail infrastructure
  • Proven track record in delivering retail development projects across multiple locations
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, facility operations, maintenance management, budgeting, and asset lifecycle management
  • Strong understanding of compliance and safety regulations within construction
  • Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
