The role ensures that design intent is accurately translated into construction documentation while maintaining the highest standards of quality, aesthetics, functionality, and compliance with project requirements and local regulations.

About Our Client

We are currently representing one of our client, a developer company who is expanding their business in Luxury Hospitality in Bali

Job Description

  • Develop and coordinate architectural drawings
  • Ensure drawings comply with project design intent, hospitality brand requirements, and local regulations
  • Coordinate drawing packages with Interior Design, Landscape, Structural, and MEP consultants
  • Review consultant drawings and identify design conflicts or coordination issues
  • Prepare and manage architectural material specifications and finishing schedules
  • Evaluate and review material samples, mock-ups, and shop drawings
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across all architectural documentation
  • Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) related to architectural works
  • Review shop drawings, material submissions, and mock-up installations

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of architectural experience with portfolio in luxury hospitality, resort, villa, or high-end mixed-use projects
  • Advanced proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD and Revit
  • Knowledge of Indonesian building regulations and construction practices
  • Fluency in English
  • Willing to be based in Bali
