Job Description

  • Prepare and review PFDs, P&IDs, and process design notes.
  • Conduct simulations and sizing for separators, filters, and flotation systems.
  • Prepare process datasheets and ensure vendor documents meet standards.
  • Understand about the electrical and intrumentation drawing and be able to review.
  • Participate in HAZOP, model reviews, and technical discussions.
  • Support bid-stage technical evaluations and cost estimates.
  • Implement global process standards and templates.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Process Engineer should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Process Engineering.
  • At least 6 years' experience in oil & gas or produced-water systems, preferably has exposure to filtration/flotation design
  • Proficiency in Aspen HYSYS, Ansys, and Excel-based calculations.
  • Familiarity with API, ASME, and NACE standards.
  • Strong coordination and documentation skills, able to meet deadlines, independent, and proactive.
