Job Description

As a Planning Lead, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead planning coordination across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases
  • Develop and manage integrated project schedules and planning deliverables
  • Monitor progress and perform schedule analysis to identify delays and deviations
  • Propose mitigation strategies to keep projects aligned with timelines
  • Collaborate with contractors to ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Support project management with reporting, forecasting, and planning insights
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and systems
  • Ensure accurate documentation of schedule changes and updates

The Successful Applicant

A successful Planning Lead should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • Proven experience minimum 15 years in project planning within oil & gas, preferably midstream or EPC projects
  • Strong proficiency in planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
  • Experience managing large-scale, complex project schedules
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in project environments
