Job Description

As an Investment Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and analysing financial models to support investment decisions.
  • Conducting detailed market research to identify potential opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborating with the accounting and finance team to assess financial performance and forecasts.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and business growth.
  • Reviewing and interpreting financial reports to guide investment strategies.
  • Monitoring market trends and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Investment Analyst should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline; Master's degree and professional certifications (i.e., CFA) are not a must but beneficial.
  • At least 2+ years of experience, with a background in Big 4 or Investment Banking preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of market trends within the professional services industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
