With operations spanning multiple countries and decades of industry expertise, the company is recognized for its commitment to quality, operational excellence, safety, and sustainability.Job DescriptionDevelop and implement a robust HSE strategy aligned with global corporate standards and local regulatory requirements.Establish, maintain, and continuously improve HSE management systems, policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.Drive a strong safety culture through leadership engagement, training initiatives, and behavioural-based safety programs.Ensure compliance with Indonesian HSE regulations, industry standards, and company requirements.Conduct risk assessments and implement effective control measures across laboratories, inspection activities, field operations, warehouses, and client sites.Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.Manage internal audits, regulatory inspections, and certification processes including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.Develop HSE performance metrics, reporting frameworks, and management dashboards to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.Partner closely with operational leaders to ensure consistent implementation of HSE standards across all locations.Oversee contractor safety management and ensure adherence to company HSE requirements.Coordinate emergency preparedness, crisis management planning, and emergency response drills.Act as the primary liaison with government authorities, regulators, and external stakeholders on HSE-related matters.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum 10 years of HSE experience within mining, minerals, laboratories, inspection services, industrial services, logistics, oil & gas, or related sectors.Minimum 5 years of experience in an HSE leadership or managerial role.Proven track record in developing and implementing HSE management systems across multiple operational sites.Strong understanding of Indonesian HSE regulations and compliance requirements.Experience managing ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.Certified AK3 Umum is highly preferred.Additional certifications such as NEBOSH, SMK3 Auditor, ISO Lead Auditor, or IOSH will be advantageous.Demonstrated experience leading incident investigations, risk assessments, audits, and compliance programs.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to drive change across operational teams.Fluent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.What's on OfferOpportunity to join a globally recognized leader in mining industry.Strategic leadership role with oversight across multiple operational sites in Indonesia.Highly visible position with direct impact on operational performance and safety culture.Exposure to international best practices and global HSE standards.Competitive salary and benefits package.Career development opportunities within a multinational organization.ContactFelix GustafQuote job refJN-082026-7079583Phone number+62 21 295 888 51Job summaryFunctionSustainability & ESGSub SectorESGWhat is your area of specialisation?Energy & Natural ResourcesLocationIndonesiaContract TypePermanentConsultant nameFelix GustafConsultant contact+62 21 295 888 51Job ReferenceJN-082026-7079583
