As Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager, you will be responsible to lead and oversee all HSE activities within our client's data center project & operations. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe working environment, and supporting operational excellence.

About Our Client

We are representing one of our client in the Data Center Industry who is looking to expand their business and team in Indonesia.

Job Description

  • Lead HSE strategy across data center construction and operations phases
  • Oversee safety for high-risk activities (electrical systems, UPS, generators, cooling systems)
  • Perform Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Risk Assessments
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and global data center safety standards
  • Manage contractor safety performance across multiple vendors
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective/preventive actions
  • Drive continuous improvement in safety culture
  • Maintain HSE records, reports, and compliance documentation



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10 years of HSE experience with at least 3-5 years in data center, construction, or critical facilities
  • Proven experience managing HSE in high-risk environments
  • Degree in occupational health, safety, environmental science, or related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards, particularly in the construction sector
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing effective safety measures
  • Excellent communication and training skills to promote HSE practices
  • Proficiency in reporting and documentation related to HSE activities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
