The business is undergoing continued growth and supply chain optimisation, creating the need for a strong Head of Supply Chain to elevate end‑to‑end supply chain capabilities.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the senior team, the Head of Supply Chain will be accountable for overall supply chain strategy, execution, and performance across planning, logistics, and distribution operations.

  • Leading end‑to‑end supply chain functions including demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, warehousing, distribution, and import/export
  • Owning and driving the monthly S&OP /to ensure one aligned set of numbers across Commercial, Finance, and Operations
  • Developing and executing supply chain strategies to reach business growth, service level excellence, and cost optimisation
  • Overseeing multi‑warehouse and distribution networks to ensure availability, accuracy, and operational efficiency
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, quality, and internal governance standards
  • Acting as a key business partner to Commercial, Manufacturing, Finance, and IT teams, new product launches and commercial initiatives
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high‑performing supply chain team
  • Driving continuous improvement, digitalisation, and process standardisation initiatives

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • Significant senior‑level experience in Supply Chain roles within FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or manufacturing environments
  • Proven track record in managing complex, end‑to‑end supply chain operations at scale
  • Strong expertise in demand planning, S&OP / IBP, logistics, warehouse management, and distribution
  • Robust commercial acumen with experience balancing cost, inventory, and service levels
  • A hands‑on yet strategic style, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related disciplines; MBA is an advantage
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
