Job Description

As a Head of Supply Chain you will be responsible for developing and executing the overall supply chain strategy while ensuring operational efficiency, product availability, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the end-to-end supply chain function, including demand planning, supply planning, procurement, customer service, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with commercial objectives and business growth plans.
  • Drive and lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to improve forecast accuracy and supply-demand alignment.
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels while balancing service levels, working capital, and operational efficiency.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, distributors, and third-party logistics providers.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes and systems.
  • Lead supply chain transformation and digitalization projects to enhance visibility, efficiency, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and establish action plans to drive operational excellence.
  • Mitigate supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations within FMCG, consumer goods, food & beverage, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
  • Strong expertise in demand planning, supply planning, logistics, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Demonstrated experience leading S&OP processes and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Track record of driving supply chain transformation, process improvements, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
