Job Description

As a Head of Rewards & HRIS, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing competitive rewards and benefits programmes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Leading the end-to-end management of HRIS systems to optimise HR processes and data management.
  • Developing salary structures, job grading, and performance management frameworks.
  • Providing strategic advice on market trends and best practices in rewards and HR technology.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of HR systems with business objectives.
  • Ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations in all compensation and benefits practices.
  • Conducting regular benchmarking to maintain competitive positioning within the leisure, travel & tourism industry.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of HR professionals to achieve departmental goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Rewards & HRIS should have:

  • A strong background in human resources with a focus on rewards, compensation, benefits, and HRIS.
