As a Head of Retail Expansion, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to expand the property portfolio in the Food & Beverage sector.
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Analysing market trends and providing insights to inform decision-making.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with stakeholders.
  • Managing existing property assets and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align business goals and objectives.

  • Reporting on business development progress to senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Retail Expansion should have:
