About Our Client

Our client is a well-established and fast-growing organisation within the industrial and infrastructure sector. With a strong footprint across Indonesia, they are known for delivering large-scale, high-impact projects that contribute to regional economic development. The company is currently expanding its operations and is looking for a senior leader to drive one of its flagship projects in Borneo.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end project and operational management for the Borneo industrial project
  • Develop project strategies, timelines, and execution plans
  • Oversee cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage budgets, cost control, and financial performance
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government authorities and partners
  • Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field (Master's preferred) with minimum 15 years of working experience
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale industrial, infrastructure, or construction projects especially greenfield alumina industrial park project
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Solid understanding of project management principles and operational frameworks
  • Experience working in Indonesia with knowledge of local regulations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
