Job Description

  • Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance efficiency and long‑term performance across all business units.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end operations including outlets, production, warehouse, distribution, and quality functions while ensuring product quality and food safety.
  • Manage budgets and operational costs (COGS, manpower, overhead) and ensure alignment with profitability targets such as revenue and EBITDA.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams across production, supply chain, purchasing, QA, warehouse, and retail operations, while ensuring consistent implementation of SOPs.
  • Drive process optimization, evaluate business performance, and support outlet expansion in line with growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and HR on strategic initiatives, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • Identify operational risks and implement action plans to ensure business continuity and performance stability.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of experience in F&B operations
  • 4 years of leadership or managerial experience
  • Experienced operations leader with strong business and commercial acumen
  • Hands‑on approach with the ability to work closely with teams on the ground
  • Data‑driven decision maker with strong analytical capabilities
  • Strategic thinker able to apply critical thinking and solve complex problems
  • Able to see the bigger picture while managing operational details effectively
  • Skilled in leading cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced multi‑unit environment
  • Committed to high standards, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
