Job Description

As a Head of Operation, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee end-to-end mining operations across multiple nickel sites
  • Drive production targets, cost optimisation, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
  • Lead and develop cross-functional teams, including technical and site personnel
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders on strategic planning and expansion initiatives
  • Implement continuous improvement programmes across mining operations

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Operation should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field
  • Extensive minimum 15 years working experience in mining operations, including 5 years in nickel commodities
  • Proven track record managing multiple mining sites or large-scale operations
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian mining regulations and industry practices
