Job Description

  • Lead and oversee nationwide store operations to ensure business performance and operational excellence
  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company objectives and growth plans
  • Manage and mentor senior operations leaders while fostering a high-performance culture
  • Ensure consistency in operational standards, customer experience, and service quality across all locations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, operational efficiency, and productivity enhancement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support expansion and business development initiatives
  • Monitor operational performance and implement effective action plans where necessary
  • Strengthen team capability, engagement, and leadership development across the organization

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven leadership experience in operations for at least 5+ years
  • Extensive multi-site operations management experience in a large-scale business
  • Strong people management capabilities with experience leading large operational teams
  • Strategic thinker with practical execution capabilities
  • Agile, energetic, and hands-on leadership style
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university preferred
