Job Description

As a Head Of Merchandising, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Set merchandising plans that support retail priorities and a clear product offer.
  • Guide product assortment decisions to meet customer demand across retail locations.
  • Review sales performance and product movement to inform merchandising actions.
  • Work with relevant teams to align product availability with planned retail activity.
  • Manage merchandise allocation to help maintain suitable stock levels across stores.
  • Develop seasonal product plans that reflect business needs and customer trends.
  • Monitor product performance and adjust merchandising activity where needed.
  • Present merchandising updates and recommendations to support commercial decisions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head Of Merchandising should have:

  • Strong capability in retail merchandising and product assortment planning.
  • Experience reviewing sales data and using findings to improve product performance.
  • Ability to plan merchandise allocation across retail locations.
  • Practical knowledge of stock management and product availability.
  • Confidence in setting seasonal merchandising plans and priorities.
