  • Overseeing employee relations and resolving workplace conflicts effectively.

  • Analysing HR metrics and providing insights to senior management for decision-making.
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture within the Financial Services industry.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws in Indonesia.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within the Financial Services industry.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR management systems and tools.
