Job Description

As a Head of Finance, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing financial strategies and budgets aligned with organisational goals.
  • Overseeing financial reporting and ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Managing cash flow, investments, and financial risk to optimise the company's financial health.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the accounting and finance team.
  • Conducting financial forecasting and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and liaising with relevant authorities.
  • Collaborating with other departments to align financial plans with operational needs.
  • Identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Finance should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA or equivalent is preferred.
  • Solid experience in financial management within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance in Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools for reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
