Job Description

As a Corporate Data Governance professional, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing data governance frameworks and policies to ensure data accuracy and security.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish data management best practices.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to data use and protection.
  • Conducting regular audits to assess the quality and integrity of data across the organisation.
  • Providing training and guidance to employees on data governance policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring data governance metrics and reporting findings to senior management.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with data management.
  • Supporting the integration of new technologies to enhance data governance capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Data Governance professional should have:

  • A strong academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in developing and implementing data governance policies and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of data security, compliance regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in data management tools and software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • The ability to work effectively within the property industry.
  • Has been delegated as a Data Privacy Officer before will be a PLUS.
