Job Description

As a GM Sales, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Leading and mentoring the sales team to optimise performance and achieve targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analysing market trends to identify new business opportunities and strategies.
  • Overseeing the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Ensuring the team adheres to established sales processes and company policies.
  • Collaborating with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Monitoring competitor activities and adjusting strategies as needed to maintain market competitiveness.

The Successful Applicant

A successful GM Sales should have:

  • A proven track record in sales leadership, preferably within Textile industry.
  • Good connection to brand owner in fashion industry within local or overseas market.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving ambitious goals.
  • Knowledge of market trends and customer relationship management.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
