About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing Quick Service Restaurant with a strong presence across multiple locations. The company is known for its scalable business model, customer-centric approach, and focus on operational excellence. As the business continues to expand, they are looking for an experienced Operation Director to lead nationwide operations, improve store performance, and drive sustainable growth.

Job Description

will work closely with senior leadership to ensure operational standards, profitability, service quality, and expansion plans are successfully executed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage daily operations across multiple QSR / F&B outlets.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies to improve sales, profitability, productivity, and customer experience.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of SOPs, food safety standards, service quality, and brand guidelines across all stores.
  • Monitor key business metrics including revenue, labour cost, food cost, wastage, store profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with finance, HR, supply chain, marketing, and training teams to support business objectives.
  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing area managers, store managers, and operations teams.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support new store openings, expansion planning, and operational readiness.
  • Drive efficiency in workforce planning, inventory control, and cost management.
  • Provide strategic insights and regular operational reporting to the executive leadership team.



The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience within the QSR, restaurant chain, café, cloud kitchen, or multi-site F&B environment.

Key requirements include:

  • Proven experience in a senior operations leadership role, ideally as Head of Operations, General Manager Operations, or Operation Director.
  • Strong background in multi-site restaurant operations, preferably within QSR or fast-casual dining.
  • Demonstrated success in improving store performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of P&L management, cost control, manpower planning, and service standards.
  • Experience leading large operational teams across multiple locations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Hands-on, data-driven, commercially minded, and highly execution-focused.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
