Job Description

  • Overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve operational and financial goals.
  • Leading and mentoring department heads to maintain high standards across all areas.
  • Monitoring budget performance and controlling costs to maximise profitability.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and the local community.
  • Identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement in hotel services.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 10-15 years of luxury hospitality experience
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Hotel Manager, Resident Manager, or GM)
  • Proven track record in managing 5‑star or luxury hotels/resorts
  • Strong experience working with international hotel brands preferred
