Job Description

  • Manage accounting activities and ensure accurate month-end closing in line with company policies and PSAK/IFRS standards.
  • Review financial performance, including P&L, balance sheet, AR aging, accruals, and related financial movements.
  • Support tax, statutory reporting, internal control, and audit requirements.
  • Improve and standardize finance processes, including billing, cost tracking, accruals, and revenue recognition.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly performance reviews.
  • Partner with Operations and Commercial teams to provide financial insights that support margin improvement, cash flow, and business performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Financial Control, Finance Accounting, or Cost Accounting
  • Strong knowledge of PSAK, with exposure to IFRS or US GAAP
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • 3+ years experience in corporate financial reporting, financial analysis and budgeting
  • Willing to be based in Sumbawa, Nusa Tenggara
