Job Description

As a Digital Product Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Define product goals and priorities that respond to business needs within the Technology department.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps to give teams clear direction on planned digital product work.
  • Gather and clarify user and stakeholder needs, turning them into practical product requirements.
  • Manage the product backlog to ensure delivery work remains focused on agreed priorities.
  • Work with technology teams to guide digital product delivery from planning through to release.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify improvements and inform future priorities.
  • Communicate product plans, progress and key decisions clearly to relevant stakeholders.
  • Help ensure digital products support effective operations across the Energy & Natural Resources business.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Digital Product Manager should have:

  • Practical experience managing digital products from discovery through to delivery.
  • Experience in the Mining, or Asset Intensive industry
  • Ability to define product requirements, product roadmaps and prioritised backlogs.
  • Experience working closely with technology teams on digital product delivery.
  • Ability to turn business and user needs into clear, actionable product plans.
  • Experience reviewing product performance and using feedback to improve product outcomes.
  • Clear communication skills for sharing priorities, progress and product decisions with stakeholders.
