Job Description

Enterprise Systems & In-House ERP Development

  • Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and development of the Group's in-house ERP system, covering finance, procurement, supply chain, project management, HR, and other core modules.
  • Define the enterprise software architecture, technology stack, data model, and integration framework across the Group and its subsidiaries.
  • Own the full product lifecycle of internal platforms: roadmap, development, deployment, migration, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure high-quality system and data migration from legacy platforms with minimal business disruption.



Technology Strategy & Architecture

  • Translate the Group's digital transformation strategy into concrete short- and long-term solution delivery roadmaps.
  • Build and maintain the Group Enterprise Architecture aligned with corporate strategy and each business unit's operating model.
  • Establish master data management and enterprise data warehouse practices to enable a single source of truth and data-driven decision-making.



Organization & Delivery Leadership

  • Build, lead, and develop an internal software development and IT organization (engineers, analysts, architects, and support functions).
  • Establish a shared-services technology operating model serving the Group's subsidiaries efficiently and consistently.
  • Implement robust project governance, SDLC standards, and delivery discipline to secure predictable, high-success-rate outcomes.



Governance, Security & Cost Management

  • Establish and enforce IT security governance, compliance, and risk management across the Group.
  • Plan, monitor, and control technology budgets, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business value against cost.
  • Evaluate and approve technology initiatives across subsidiaries through business-requirement, solution, and cost-benefit reviews.



Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with C-level executives, business unit leaders, and subsidiary management to align technology with business priorities.
  • Manage external partners, vendors, and technology providers where in-house build is not the optimal path.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a Head of IT / VP Engineering / Technology Director capacity in a group or multi-entity environment.
  • Proven, hands-on experience building an in-house ERP or enterprise-grade core system from scratch - from architecture and product design through development, rollout, and lifecycle management. Candidates whose experience is limited to implementing packaged ERP (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.) without ground-up build experience will not fit this role.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise solution and software architecture, system integration, and data architecture (MDM, enterprise data warehouse).
  • Demonstrated success leading and scaling in-house development teams (30+ engineers) and building internal delivery capability.
  • Experience designing shared-services technology operating models across a group and its subsidiaries.
  • Strong track record in project governance, ERP/data migration (high success rate), budget and cost management, and IT security governance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels, including board and C-suite engagement.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
