As Civil Site Inspector, you will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting all civil and structural construction activities on-site to ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, project schedules, and applicable regulations.

About Our Client

We are currently representing one of our client who is expanding their business with a luxury hospitality development project in Bali

Job Description

  • Conduct daily inspections of civil and structural works
  • Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site labor during construction activities.
  • Maintain daily site inspection reports and progress records
  • Verify that all construction activities comply with approved construction drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Architects, Consultants, Engineers, and Contractors
  • Attend site meetings and provide technical observations and recommendations
  • Monitor compliance with project safety requirements and Indonesian regulations

The Successful Applicant

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience, with portfolio in luxury hospitality, resort, villa, hotel, mixed-use, or high-end developments preferred
  • Experience working with multinational company is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Bali construction practices and local authority requirements is an advantage
  • Fluency in English
