Job Description

As a CFO, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Managing relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors and financial institutions.
  • Leading cost management initiatives and improving operational efficiency.
  • Providing strategic advice to the executive team on financial matters.
  • Supervising the accounting and finance department to maintain accurate financial records.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CFO should have:

  • A strong background in accounting and finance within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and compliance.
  • Experience managing financial teams and driving organisational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to interact with stakeholders.
  • A professional qualification in accounting or finance is preferred.
