Job Description

This role requires a strong commercial leader who can manage sales, marketing, regulatory alignment, distribution, and key stakeholder relationships within the medical aesthetic ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the overall business strategy, commercial direction, and operational execution for the aesthetic pharmaceutical business.
  • Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, profitability, and sustainable business performance.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for aesthetic pharmaceutical products across relevant channels.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, healthcare professionals, distributors, and key opinion leaders.
  • Oversee product positioning, pricing strategy, go-to-market planning, brand development, and promotional activities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop sales, marketing, training, and operational teams to deliver business objectives.
  • Work closely with regulatory, medical affairs, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
  • Identify new market opportunities, product expansion potential, and strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and regulatory developments in the aesthetic and pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ensure all business activities comply with healthcare, pharmaceutical, and ethical standards.



The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience within the aesthetic pharmaceutical, dermatology, medical aesthetic, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.

Key requirements include:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally as General Manager, Commercial Director, Business Unit Head, or Country Manager.
  • Strong background in aesthetic pharmaceutical, dermatology, medical devices, or healthcare-related commercial business.
  • Demonstrated track record in driving sales growth, market expansion, and profitability.
  • Strong understanding of aesthetic clinic channels, healthcare professional engagement, KOL management, and product commercialization.
  • Experience managing commercial teams including sales, marketing, training, and business development.
  • Solid knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and ethical standards within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to manage P&L, budgets, forecasts, and commercial strategy.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, strategic, hands-on, and comfortable working in a competitive and fast-growing market.
