Job Description

As a Business Consultant, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Engage with clients to understand their business challenges, objectives, and requirements.
  • Recommend suitable products, services, or business solutions based on client needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial recommendations.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, operations, product, and finance.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
  • Manage pipeline, follow up on leads, and support deal conversion.
  • Ensure a professional customer experience from initial discussion to closing.
  • Achieve agreed sales, revenue, or business development targets.
