As Building Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, safety, and efficiency of our client's high-rise building portfolio. This role ensures that the facility is well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and provides a safe, comfortable, and productive environment for all tenants and staff.

Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day facility operations for the office building
  • Ensure the running & maintenance of Building Automation System, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire protection, and other systems
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
  • Monitor vendor performance and service quality
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards
  • Prepare and manage facility budgets and operational expenses
  • Act as the main point of contact for tenants regarding facility-related matters
  • Promote sustainability practices within the building



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in facility management, preferably in Grade A office buildings, 5 stars hotel, or similar property
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, etc.)
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Fluency in English
  • Sertifikasi K3 Listrik (Electrical Occupational Safety Certification), Ahli K3 Umum (General K3 Certification) or other related certification is preferred
