We are currently representing one of our client in the Data Center industry

Job Description

  • Managing the operations and maintenance of the building management system (BMS)
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards within the property department
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise system performance
  • Overseeing system upgrades and implementing new technologies as needed
  • Monitoring and analysing system data to identify areas for improvement
  • Providing technical support and training to the team regarding BMS operations
  • Ensuring timely reporting and documentation of system performance metrics
  • Liaising with vendors and contractors to ensure effective service delivery

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with portfolio in data center or mission-critical facilities industry.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of BMS, CMMS/DCIM platforms, ERP systems, and data visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft BI)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong background in root cause analysis
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
