Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve regional sales targets, profitability objectives, and business growth goals.
  • Lead prospecting, marketing, customer engagement, and contract negotiations.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with customer fleets and market opportunities.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within airlines, MROs, and aviation operators.
  • Act as capture lead for strategic opportunities and coordinate with bid management and technical teams.
  • Maintain regular sales forecasting and pipeline reporting to senior management.
  • Conduct market assessments and competitor analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support customer success and operational teams in fulfilling contractual commitments.
  • Represent the organization at aviation industry events, trade exhibitions, and customer meetings.
  • Coordinate with industry partners, consultants, OEMs, and internal stakeholders to support business objectives.
  • Travel extensively throughout the region to support customer engagement and business development activities.

The Successful Applicant

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales, business development, or marketing experience within the aviation sector.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in an international or multinational environment.
  • Proven track record in account management and customer relationship development.
  • Strong understanding of airline operations, aviation aftermarket services, avionics, MRO environments, or related aerospace sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and commercial negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially driven with strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
