Job Description

As an Application Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support to clients and internal teams regarding application usage and optimisation.
  • Analysing and troubleshooting application-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborating with the engineering and manufacturing teams to improve application performance.
  • Developing and delivering training sessions for users to maximise application efficiency.
  • Assisting in the implementation of new applications or updates within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Creating and maintaining detailed documentation for application processes and troubleshooting steps.
  • Conducting regular reviews to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Staying updated with the latest advancements in application technologies relevant to the industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Application Specialist should have:

  • A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial/manufacturing processes and applications.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and application tools.
