Job Description

The GM Operation will play a critical role in driving operational performance, enhancing patient/customer experience, and ensuring service standards are consistently delivered across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and optimising day-to-day operations across multiple sites to ensure service excellence and efficiency
  • Translating hospitality-driven service standards into a healthcare environment to enhance customer/patient experience
  • Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives across operations, service delivery, and cost management
  • Managing and coaching operational teams to build a high-performance, service-oriented culture
  • Collaborating with clinical, commercial, and corporate functions to align on business objectives
  • Monitoring KPIs and operational metrics to ensure performance targets are met
  • Supporting expansion initiatives, including new site openings and operational scale-up



The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong experience in operations leadership within the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, or serviced environments)
  • Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer experience and service transformation
  • Experience managing multi-site operations or large-scale service environments
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities
  • Ability to adapt hospitality standards into a structured, regulated environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field
